Appointment Booking/Cancellations
All appointments require 50 percent of the service down-payment at the time of the booking, second part of the payment is required at the time of the service. IdealMobileSpa agrees to send the invoice for the remaining balance via invoice to the client to review and pay. If client ignores the invoice for more then 5 business days, IdealMobileSpa will attempt to charge the credit card that original down payment was made with.
Same day appointments require full payment at the time of the booking.
If yours plans have changed, you can cancel/reschedule your appointment 12 hours prior appointment time. All the bookings cancelled within 12 hours are guarantee full refund. Cancellation made less then 12 hours before an appointment time will result withhold of the deposit and no refund will be issued. Client no-shows considered as late cancellation and no refund will be issued. If the client is running late to the appointment time, IdealMobileSpa Inc employees agree to wait half time of the appointment time, if client is still not present, the employee will leave, appointment will be considered as late cancellation and no refund will be issued. If the client refuses the service, changes the service at the time of the appointment or decides not to complete all the services that were booked, it will be considered late cancellation and client is held responsible for the full amount for originally booked service. For elderly clients who reside in nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers and similar facilities we highly recommend for any relative to be present at the time of the service because if the client refuses the work of nail technician it will be considered late cancellation and the client is responsible for the full amount. Existing appointment can be rescheduled up t0 6 hours prior original time at no charge. If client requests to reschedule an appointment less then 6 hour prior original start time it will be considered late cancelation and client is held accountable for the full amount for the service. Group bookings
All group/event bookings with hourly rate are subject to the same terms and conditions mentioned above (booking/deposit/late cancelation/change of service and/or not completing originally booked service). Group bookings can be canceled 48 hours prior appointment time with a full refund of the deposit. Events that are canceled 24-36 hours prior event start time subject to 50% deposit withhold. Group bookings canceled less than 24 hours prior then start time will be considered late cancellation and the client will be responsible for the full payment. All group bookings can be rescheduled 36 hours prior the event start time.
Reserved Right To Terminate Any Service
1.IdealMobileSpa Inc reserves the right to refuse the service and company technician is allowed to terminate the service at any given time and leave if the atmosphere is unsanitary, unsafe, dangerous, hazard, violent, any drugs or alcohol present, if the client or his/her surrounds are disrespectful, rude and abusive.
*The client will be held responsible and charged the full price of the service if it was terminated for any of the above issues.
2. IdealMobileSpa Inc reserves the right to terminate the service and company technician is allowed to leave if the service cannot be performed for any reason (such as inaccuracy in booking, abnormalities in any part of the body/nails that technician is not qualified to deal with, *for nail services – if acrylic or DIP is indestructible and technician is unable to remove it).
*The client and technician agree to contact the office immediately after the service is terminated and present the evidence why the service was terminated. IdealMobileSpa Inc Agrees to review the situation and offer new provider/new appointment where applicable or refund/keep deposit/full payment depending on situation.
All of our staff always do our best to find street parking, in case if no street parking is available and technician has to valet, client will be held responsible to valet charges.
